This countryside hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay, with excellent breakfast and accommodating staff. the historic building has a cool Biergarten with secure bike storage, and is just a three-minute ride from the Weser bike path. the renovated contemporary rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Some even offer great views of the surrounding region.

What a retreat! We had a fabulous city break at this countryside hotel. the traditional look combined with modern comfort was amazing. the wonderful renovation of the rooms gave us a comfortable stay. Breakfast was more than generous with a range of options to choose from. the closed garage provided safe storage for our bikes and the free parking ease our worries of the car.

the kitchen smells were terrible as we were walking to our room.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed by the beautiful and traditional atmosphere of the hotel. The indoor swimming pool and outdoor beer garden were great amenities. The breakfast offered something for everyone and was a perfect start to our day. The hotel's location offered convenient access to the old town and nearby bike paths.

Our room on the ground floor had limited window access, making it difficult to ventilate the room at night. , we were disappointed that there was no complimentary wifi, and some kitchen smells were noticeable in the hallway.

In terms of improvements, there was only one minor aspect that could have been better. The windows in the ground floor rooms couldn't be fully opened at night, which limited the airflow.
